Malcolm's Story

"Towards the end of 2004, I weighed 22 stone/140 Kilos. My energy levels were low and my self-esteem was at rock bottom. Furthermore, as a 51 year old self-employed businessman with a wife and three teenagers to support, I realised that my health was jeopardised and I needed to make some big changes in my life if I was to have a future at all, let alone an enjoyable one.

Fortuitously, I met Richard at a Yes Group meeting in London in December. To my surprise, I committed to a three part session of hypnotherapy to work on my weight loss.
